What I Read in 2022

From laundry learning to time management, team build and money habits, fostering, parenting, and friendships... 2022 had its array of titles and authors and subjects. I set out in 2022 to fall in love with reading once again –– to readjust my time, to allow my kids to see me reading more, and to learn more about myself and others.

The old saying "leaders are readers" has stuck with me over the years. If we are not actively engaging with others' thoughts and ideas, their imagination or tried and true methods... we are not learning something new. You can get the same thing from podcasts; however, book writing, in my opinion, is much more of a labor of love than setting up a podcast channel. It remains a few that hit the New York Times Bestsellers list. And while I haven't wrote the book I have longed to write just yet, I will continue to learn from some of the best known and unknown authors from around the world.
