Roller Ball Blend: Relief (for cuts, scraps, and aches)

For me, it comes down to the cost effectiveness and ease that making your own blends provides. You can use and blend single oils multiple times in various ways versus buying one remade blend for a specific purpose. Which means that a single bottle of lavender you purchased can be used by itself and in a blend like this relief blend. As for using a rollerball, they are great for on-the-go and make applying oils easy peasy. For all of the cuts, scraps, and aches, this is our go-to blend.

This is so easy to make, so if you’ve never made a blend before, don’t be nervous. Besides those, you’ll also need a carrier oil (I used Grapeseed oil primarily because it is cost effective and can be found at my local Aldi's) a roller bottle I snagged off of Amazon.
