Berry Vanilla Lactation Smoothie

I LOVE a good protein shake especially when you mix in some berries and it is great for our lactation! This Berry Vanilla Lactation Smoothie has been one of my go to’s for a quick calorie booster or afternoon snack during my busy work day. The best part is that it is SUPER easy to make and only consists of FOUR ingredients.

Berry Vanilla Lactation Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Milk Drunk Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1 cup of strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup of ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and all the berries and ice are chopped up.
  3. Enjoy!
