I am exactly one and a half inches away from being able to cut my hair to donate it. I have done this once before and loved being able to give back; however, this time… I cannot wait to cut my hair! I started doing some research on options to get my slowly-growing hair to just speed up a bit. Here are a few foods that are just all around healthy but also great to get your hair growing!

1. Walnuts + Almonds
I always have something to munch on at my desk. If I am honest with myself, I typically need some sort of snack at 10am and at 2pm every day to keep my brain going. Nothing too heavy, but if there isn’t something there, I find myself wondering from vending machine to vending machine gazing at the chocolate bars. Walnuts and almonds are just an easy fix! I recently have been in love with Amazon Prime and its features so I think I’m going to order myself some of these!

2. Leafy Greens
I know not everybody is a leafy green person. I am one of those abnormal people that loves a salad of any kind. But what I never remember is “the greener, the better”. So I’m swapping out my iceberg and romaine lettuce for some spinach and kale once again. Maybe I’ll even try this.

3. Salmon
Seafood is also once of my favorites, but for whatever reason, I tend to stick to the chicken and pork sections of the meat department at the grocery store. So this week, I bought some salmon. I will attempt this recipe, this recipe, and maybe this!
